Deze familiale KMO gelegen in West-Vlaanderen regio Zwevezele kent een knap productieproces uit de industrie van de life sciences. Het product ondergaat vele verschillende processen waarbij timing en kennis key zijn. Als klap op de vuurpijl zorgen zij ook voor hun eigen verpakkingen van A tot Z en verdelen ze hun producten ook zelf onder hun netwerk. Een bedrijf dat letterlijk alles in eigen handen heeft.

Als Maintenance Supervisor ben je verantwoordelijk voor de operationele aansturing van de technische werkzaamheden die worden uitgevoerd door een team van techniekers en productie gebonden contractors.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Aansturen van monteurs en werkvoorbereider(s)
  • Controleren van preventief en correctief onderhoud
  • Aanspreken op kwaliteit, procedures en afspraken
  • Samen met de Technisch Manager verantwoordelijk voor orde en netheid op de werkplaats
  • Toezicht op staat en gebruik van gereedschappen en machines
  • Aanspreekpunt voor technische werkzaamheden
  • Technische voortgang en overdracht bespreken in ochtendoverleg
  • Ondersteunen van productie met technische kennis
  • Verantwoordelijk voor goed onderhoud van hulpmiddelen
  • Begeleiden en communiceren met externe monteurs
  • Terugkoppeling van werkzaamheden via Ultimo

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Minimaal een technische opleiding op middelbaar niveau
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een industriële werkomgeving, bij voorkeur leidinggevende ervaring
  • Ervaring als technieker, bij voorkeur allround, in productie omgeving
  • Ervaring in de voedselproductie is een pré
