Dan is deze functie als Teamleader Technische Ploeg bij DAB VLOOT in Oostende misschien wel jouw volgende uitdaging.

Jouw job:

Als Teamleader Technische Ploeg ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische werking van de tenderdienst van DAB VLOOT. Samen met je team zorg je ervoor dat onze vaartuigen veilig, betrouwbaar en technisch in topconditie blijven.

Je plant en coördineert onderhouds- en herstellingswerken, volgt technische interventies op en zorgt ervoor dat problemen snel en efficiënt worden opgelost. Veiligheid, kwaliteit en continuïteit staan daarbij steeds centraal.

Je geeft leiding aan een team van 16 scheepstechnici:

  • 14 technici werken aan boord in een continue dienst;
  • 2 technici maken deel uit van de walploeg in dagdienst.

Je verdeelt de werkzaamheden, ondersteunt je medewerkers in hun dagelijkse werking en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen over de juiste middelen beschikt om het werk veilig en kwaliteitsvol uit te voeren.

Maar je bent meer dan een teamleader alleen. Je blijft ook zelf technisch betrokken. Je helpt mee bij onderhouds- en herstellingswerken, ondersteunt bij complexe technische problemen en draagt actief bij aan een vlotte werking van de technische dienst.

Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met de superintendent, operations en de gezagvoerders van de vaartuigen. Je volgt nieuwe technische ontwikkelingen op en helpt mee bouwen aan een veilige, duurzame en toekomstgerichte technische organisatie.

  • minstens een diploma secundair onderwijs in een technische richting (zoals elektriciteit, elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig);
  • minstens 4 jaar ervaring in het aansturen en begeleiden van een technische ploeg van minimaal 5 medewerkers;
  • minstens 4 jaar technische ervaring in het onderhoud van machines;
  • kennis van en ervaring met mechanische, elektrische, hydraulische en/of pneumatische systemen;
  • een rijbewijs B.
