Jobomschrijving

Als Teamleader werk je in een hoogtechnologische omgeving binnen de farmaceutische en fijnchemische sector. Je neemt de leiding over een team en zorgt ervoor dat projecten rond leidingsystemen en installaties efficiënt, veilig en volgens planning verlopen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:· Je coördineert en volgt kleinere werven administratief op én werkt actief mee op de werf· Je stuurt eigen medewerkers en onderaannemers aan en bewaakt de voortgang· Je ziet toe op de uitvoering van installaties volgens plannen en schema’s· Je bereidt materialen voor en doet opmetingen ter plaatse· Je maakt schetsen van leidingen en ondersteuningsstructuren· Je geeft eventuele aanpassingen door voor correcte “as-built” documentatie· Je begeleidt en werkt mee met je team bij montagewerken (plaatsing van leidingen, afsluiters, pompen, steunen, …)· Je ziet erop toe dat alle werken veilig en ordelijk verlopen

· Je hebt een technische opleiding (bij voorkeur TSO) of gelijkwaardige ervaring· Je hebt interesse in of ervaring met industriële projecten in een farmaceutische context· Je bent organisatorisch sterk en draagt veiligheid hoog in het vaandel· Je bent een echte teamspeler met leidinggevende capaciteiten· Je kan mensen motiveren en duidelijke communicatie hanteren· Je spreekt vlot Nederlands (Frans is een pluspunt)· Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B· Attesten zoals VCA VOL en hoogtewerker zijn een plus, of je bent bereid deze te behalen· Je hebt ervaring met pijpfitten en/of TIG-Lassen
