Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen de medewerkers en de verantwoordelijke. Je zorgt ervoor dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren, volgt de werkzaamheden op en houdt de kwaliteit en planning nauwlettend in de gaten.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Aansturen van een team van medewerkers aan en de werkzaamheden verdelen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de planning op het veld correct wordt uitgevoerd.
  • Je volgt de voortgang van de werkzaamheden op en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je controleert de kwaliteit van het werk en de gewassen.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor je team en zorgt voor een goede communicatie.
  • Je registreert uren, prestaties en andere gegevens en verwerkt deze in Excel.
  • Je rapporteert aan de verantwoordelijke en geeft belangrijke informatie tijdig door.
  • Je helpt zelf actief mee op het veld wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je denkt mee over een efficiënte organisatie van het werk en praktische oplossingen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van een team of hebt de ambitie om hierin te groeien.
  • Ervaring in de landbouw, tuinbouw of groentesector is een sterke troef.
  • Je kunt vlot werken met Excel en bent niet bang voor administratieve taken.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en hebt een echte doenersmentaliteit.
  • Je kunt goed organiseren, prioriteiten stellen en overzicht bewaren.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en kunt zelfstandig werken.
  • Je bent communicatief en weet medewerkers op een duidelijke en respectvolle manier aan te sturen.
  • Kennis van het Bulgaars is een grote troef, gezien de samenstelling van het team.
  • Je werkt graag buiten en hebt geen probleem met fysiek en afwisselend werk.
