Ben jij een gedreven teamleader die graag een brede rol opneemt voor een tekenbureau binnen een dynamische en groeiende organisatie in de regio Waregem?

Voor een industriële speler in prefab bouwoplossingen vormt het tekenbureau de schakel tussen verkoop, engineering en productie. Als Teamleader Tekenbureau combineer je technische expertise met people management. Ideaal voor een ervaren bouwkundig tekenaar die een team wil structureren en ontwikkelen.

Teamleader Tekenbureau - Functieomschrijving:

  • Je neemt de operationele leidingover het tekenbureau, stelt een realistische en efficiënte planning op voor het team en bewaakt continu de voortgang, prioriteiten en deadlines van meerdere gelijktijdige projecten.
  • Je staat in voor een doorgedreven kwaliteitscontrolevan 3D-modellen en productietekeningen, en zorgt ervoor dat elk dossier technisch correct, volledig en productie-klaar wordt afgeleverd in nauwe afstemming met verkoop en productie.
  • Je werkt zelf actief mee aan het 3D-tekenwerk, waarbij je architectuur- en ingenieursplannen vertaalt naar beton-, bekistings-, wapenings- en uitvoeringsplannen die praktisch toepasbaar zijn binnen de prefab- en staalafdeling.

Teamleader Tekenbureau - Profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma in een bouwkundige of technische richting en hebt minstens vijf jaar relevante ervaring als bouwkundig tekenaar binnen een technische of productiegerichte context.
  • Je combineert technische expertise met natuurlijke leidinggevende capaciteiten, waardoor je een team kan aansturen, coachen en ondersteunen in hun professionele groei zonder het overzicht te verliezen.
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van 3D-tekenprogramma'sen kan vlot modelleren; ervaring met Tekla of Strakon is een meerwaarde, maar vooral je technisch inzicht, nauwkeurigheid en probleemoplossend vermogen maken het verschil.
