Je team staat dagelijks in voor het onthaal van chauffeurs op het depot, telefonische contacten, het monitoren van routes en diverse administratieve taken. Als Teamleader ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van het team en de optimale werking van de afdeling.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je stelt maandelijks de personeelsplanning op en controleert wekelijks de gepresteerde uren van zowel de teamleden als de chauffeurs.
  • Je staat in voor de rekrutering en selectie van chauffeurs en medewerkers binnen chauffeurssupport.
  • Je organiseert en verzorgt opleidingen voor nieuwe medewerkers en chauffeurs. Waar nodig plan je bijkomende opleidingen of bijscholingen in.
  • Je voert evaluatie-, functionerings- en opvolgingsgesprekken met medewerkers.
  • Door de dagelijkse werking op te volgen en rapportages grondig te analyseren, identificeer je verbeterpunten en werk je efficiëntere procedures en werkmethodes uit.
  • Je ondersteunt je team in de dagelijkse werking en zorgt voor een positieve, motiverende en resultaatgerichte werksfeer.
  • Je beschikt minimaal over een diploma secundair onderwijs, bij voorkeur in een ASO-richting.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en drukt je zowel mondeling als schriftelijk vlot uit in het Nederlands en het Frans.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en bereid om in een ploegensysteem en tijdens weekends te werken.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van een jong team en beschikt over sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden.
  • Je bent sterk in multitasken, hebt een goede kennis van MS Office en maakt je nieuwe programma’s en systemen snel eigen.
  • Je bent geduldig, stressbestendig en betrouwbaar.
  • Je beschikt over eigen vervoer of bent vlot mobiel, aangezien de werkplek door de ploegendiensten moeilijk bereikbaar is met het openbaar vervoer.
