De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Teamleider Transportplanning:

  • Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van een team van transportplanners, chauffeurs en administratieve medewerkers.
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor jouw team bij operationele vragen en uitdagingen.
  • Opstellen en bewaken van een efficiënte personeelsplanning.
  • Opvolgen van de dagelijkse operationele werking en tijdig ingrijpen bij knelpunten.
  • Het overzicht bewaren over de transportactiviteiten en verschillende prioriteiten op elkaar afstemmen.
  • Vooruitdenken over personeelsbezetting en de benodigde kennis en vaardigheden binnen het team.
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit en productiviteit van de afdeling.
  • Signaleren van verbeterpunten en actief deelnemen aan optimalisatieprojecten.
  • Processen analyseren en voorstellen uitwerken om de werking efficiënter te organiseren.
  • Op de hoogte blijven van relevante regelgeving en ontwikkelingen binnen de transportsector.
  • Nauw samenwerken met andere operationele afdelingen.
  • Zorgen voor een duidelijke interne communicatie en goede informatiedoorstroming.
  • Zelf operationeel betrokken blijven en het team ondersteunen waar nodig.
  • Rapporteren aan de verantwoordelijke voor de operationele processen.

Onze klant Onze klant is een logistieke organisatie actief binnen transport en de distributie van verse voedingsproducten. Vanuit de ruime regio Antwerpen worden dagelijks tientallen transporten georganiseerd en opgevolgd. Door de tijdsgevoelige aard van de producten staan een efficiënte planning, betrouwbare leveringen en een goede samenwerking tussen de verschillende operationele teams centraal. Wie jij bent als Teamleider Transportplanning:

  • Beschikt minimaal over een bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur binnen transport of logistiek.
  • Kan terugvallen op relevante ervaring binnen een gelijkaardige leidinggevende functie.
  • Ervaring binnen transport of logistiek is belangrijk voor deze rol.
  • Combineert een coachende leiderschapsstijl met een hands-on aanpak.
  • Sterk in plannen, organiseren en het stellen van prioriteiten.
  • Beschikt over een goed analytisch vermogen en denkt actief na over procesoptimalisatie.
  • Bewaart ook tijdens drukke momenten een duidelijke helicopterview.
  • Communicatief sterk en vlot in de samenwerking met verschillende afdelingen.
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands en praktische kennis van het Frans.
  • Bereid om uitzonderlijk flexibel te zijn naar ploegendienst wanneer de operationele werking dit vereist.
