Ben jij een technisch sterke professional die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt over onderhoudsprocessen, verbeterprojecten en de betrouwbaarheid van installaties? Zoek je een rol waarin je techniek, analyse, planning en coaching combineert? Dan is deze uitdaging iets voor jou. Als Maintenance Coordinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren van het onderhoud binnen jouw toegewezen zone. Je beheert en verbetert het onderhoudsplan, organiseert onderhoudswerkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat preventief en predictief onderhoud efficiënt wordt uitgevoerd.

Jobomschrijving

  • Beheren, actualiseren en optimaliseren van het onderhoudsplan en preventieve/predictieve onderhoudsstrategie.
  • Voorbereiden, plannen en coördineren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden, geplande stops en technische projecten, inclusief vergunningen, wisselstukken, techniekers en timing.
  • Analyseren van storingen, implementeren van structurele verbeteringen en optimaliseren van procedures, documentatie en technische betrouwbaarheid.
  • Coachen en ondersteunen van operatoren en techniekers, fungeren als technisch aanspreekpunt en toezien op LOTO- en veiligheidsprocedures.
  • Opvolgen van onderhoudsbudgetten, meldingen (Maecos/SAP) en rapporteren van onderhoudsresultaten en technische KPI's tijdens dagelijkse overlegmomenten
  • Je beschikt over een sterke technische achtergrond en hebt ervaring binnen maintenance, onderhoudscoördinatie of technische projectwerking.
  • Je hebt een goed inzicht in onderhoudsprocessen, storingsanalyse en technische optimalisatie en weet hoe je preventief en predictief onderhoud efficiënt organiseert.
  • Je bent sterk in planning, organisatie en communicatie en kan verschillende partijen (techniekers, operatoren, productie en externe partners) op een duidelijke manier coördineren.
  • Je hebt een analytische mindset en bent gericht op het vinden van structurele oplossingen in plaats van tijdelijke interventies.
  • Ervaring met systemen zoals SAP en Maecos is een sterke troef.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, werkt zelfstandig en bent een natuurlijke coach voor collega’s.
  • Je hebt oog voor veiligheid, kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en continue verbetering.
