Wanneer je de functie van Teamleader beoefent, zal je verschillende taken en verantwoordelijkheden hebben. Wat deze precies zijn, kan je hieronder lezen:

  • Als eindverantwoordelijke zal je jouw collega's lijnverantwoordelijken, operatoren en productiemedewerkers aansturen;
  • Je vormt het centrale aansprekingspunt en in het algemeen sta je in voor een optimale werking van jouw afdeling;
  • Na een interne opleiding kan je zelfstandig alle machines instellen en bedienen;
  • Je verdeelt het team naargelang prioriteit en de optimale planning;
  • Een overzicht behouden van alles wat gebeurt en je zal ervoor zorgen dat alle bestellingen tijdig en correct afgewerkt worden;
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat je team telkens gemotiveerd is en dat er een goede samenwerking is op de werkvloer;
  • Proactief handelen bij strubbelingen behoort ook tot jouw takenpakket;
  • Vlot communiceren met het volledige team;
  • Je bent dagelijks aanwezig en vertegenwoordigt jouw afdeling tijdens de standupmeeting met alle afdelingsverantwoordelijken.

Om de functie als afdelingsverantwoordelijke zo goed mogelijk te gaan uitvoeren, beschik je over de volgende troeven:

  • Communiceren in het Nederlands verloopt vlot bij jou;
  • Een eerdere ervaring als verantwoordelijke in een productieomgeving;
  • Ervaring in voeding;
  • Beschikken over de nodige capaciteiten om leiding te geven en je durft die verantwoordelijkheid effectief op te nemen;
  • Door vlot en vriendelijk te communiceren draag je bij tot een goede werkomgeving;
  • Flexibiliteit is hier een must aangezien je werkt op aanvraag van de klant waardoor je werkuren variëren;
  • Hygiëne en voedselveiligheid draag je hoog in het vaandel;
  • Werken in een koele omgeving schrikt jou niet af.
