Voor een internationale productieomgeving regio Ardooie zoeken we een Teamleader Verpakking. Je stuurt verpakkingsafdelingen operationeel aan, bewaakt kwaliteit en rendement en zorgt ervoor dat mensen én machines blijven draaien zoals het hoort.

Functieomschrijving

Als Teamleader Verpakking ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van verschillende verpakkingslijnen en het begeleiden van je team.

Je combineert technische ondersteuning met people management en operationele opvolging.

Je takenpakket:

  • Planning en personeelsbezetting opvolgen en bijsturen
  • Verpakkingsafdelingen operationeel aansturen
  • Medewerkers begeleiden, coachen en evalueren
  • Evolutiegesprekken voeren en opvolgen
  • KPI’s opvolgen rond veiligheid, kwaliteit en rendement
  • Incidenten analyseren en mee oplossen
  • Overleggen met planning en HR rond personeelsbezetting
  • Vlotte communicatie en shiftwissels garanderen
  • Veiligheidsprocedures bewaken op de werkvloer
  • Machines opstarten en afstellen
  • Technische problemen opvolgen en oplossen
  • Nieuwe productintroducties ondersteunen
  • Verbeteringen voorstellen en uitwerken

Je bent hier geen teamleader die de hele dag achter een bureau zit. Wel iemand die zichtbaar aanwezig is op de werkvloer en technisch mee denkt.

  • Technische bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Sterke technische achtergrond binnen productie of verpakking
  • Ervaring als leidinggevende binnen productieomgeving
  • People manager die mensen motiveert en coacht
  • Hands on ingesteld en graag aanwezig op de werkvloer
  • Sterk organisatorisch inzicht
  • Analytisch en technisch sterk
  • Goede kennis Nederlands en Engels
  • Vlot werken met MS Office
  • Flexibel en oplossingsgericht
  • Sterke focus op veiligheid en kwaliteit
  • Bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken
