Voor een varkenshouderij in Ruiselede, Tielt, gaan we op zoek naar een gedreven Teamleader verpakking om het verpakkingsproces verder te versterken.

Jouw rol

Als Teamleader Verpakking sta je in voor de dagelijkse aansturing en coördinatie van het verpakkingsproces van varkensvlees. Je leidt je team met enthousiasme en zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot, veilig en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen verloopt. Daarnaast denk je actief mee over verbeteringen en optimalisaties binnen de afdeling.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van het verpakkingspersoneel
  • Toezien op een correcte uitvoering van de verpakkingsactiviteiten en kwaliteitscontroles
  • Bewaken van productiedoelstellingen en tijdig bijsturen waar nodig
  • Garanderen van naleving van hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften (HACCP)
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte communicatie tussen de verschillende afdelingen
  • Actief meewerken op de verpakkingsafdeling

Naar wie gaan we op zoek?

  • Je start de werkdag om 5u en bent flexibel ingesteld qua uren
  • Je bent hands-on, stressbestendig en denkt in oplossingen
  • Kwaliteit, veiligheid en hygiëne draag je hoog in het vaandel
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met het aansturen van medewerkers
  • Kennis van HACCP en andere relevante kwaliteitsstandaarden is een plus
