Als inpakverantwoordelijke in de regio Ninove zorg ik samen met mijn team dat onze producten op een correcte en efficiënte manier worden verpakt.

Ik sta samen met het team in deze job in voor:

  • de uitsortering van afwijkende producten
  • het afdrukken van de juiste etiketten en de controle van de verpakte producten
  • productwissels en de aflossing van personeel bij pauzes
  • oplossen van kleine technische storingen en het naleven van de veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en hygiënevoorschriften

  • Je bent een flexibel iemand die bereid is in 2 wisselende ploegen te werken
  • Als inpakverantwoordelijke werk je zelf mee met het team en zorg je voor het aansturen, motiveren en begeleiden van de inpakoperatoren
  • Organisatie, communicatie en verantwoordelijkheidszin zijn jouw sleutelwoorden en je creatieve geest vindt een oplossing voor ieder probleem
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en houdt de kwaliteitseisen steeds goed in de gaten
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands, kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt
