Teamleader Warehouse Vind je het leuk om overzicht te houden, verbeteringen door te voeren en samen met je team iedere dag het beste resultaat neer te zetten? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! What will you do? Binnen ons warehouse werken dagelijks ongeveer 40 tot 50 collega's aan het ontvangen, picken, verwerken en verzenden van verse groente en fruit. Ons team bestaat uit orderpickers, reachtruckers, medewerkers inkomende goederen, uitgaande goederen, expeditie, teamleiders en de Warehouse Manager. Als Teamleider Warehouse werk je samen met drie andere teamleiders. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden op de vloer goed verlopen en dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. Je rapporteert direct aan de Warehouse Manager. Als Teamleider Warehouse ben jij zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer. Je houdt overzicht over de dagelijkse operatie en zorgt ervoor dat het team efficiënt en prettig kan werken. Deze functie is operationeel: je bent niet alleen bezig met aansturen, maar werkt ook actief mee wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van de logistieke teams. - Zorgen voor een veilige, schone en georganiseerde werkvloer. - Controleren of werkzaamheden correct en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd. - Bewaken van de voortgang: liggen we op schema of moeten we bijsturen? - Signaleren van problemen en direct zoeken naar oplossingen. - Controleren of processen en afspraken worden nageleefd. - Meedenken over verbeteringen binnen het warehouse. - Signaleren van talent binnen het team en medewerkers helpen ontwikkelen. - Ondersteunen op de werkvloer wanneer dit nodig is. - English Who are you?
