The posting

Voor een grote logistieke spelen gevestigd in Willebroek zijn we op zoek naar een TEAMLEADER WAREHOUSE voor het magazijn.

In deze functie draag je samen met de supervisor mee de verantwoordelijkheid voor het optimaal en efficiënt functioneren alsook het reilen en zeilen van de warehouse-activiteiten. Je bent als het ware de rechterhand van de supervisor.

Takenpakket en verantwoordelijkheden TEAMLEADER WAREHOUSE:

  • Coördineren van de dagelijkse operationele werkzaamheden en fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor de medewerkers
  • Coaching en begeleiding van medewerkers
  • Meedenken over verbetering van de werkprocessen binnen het warehouse
  • Inspringen als superisor bij afwezigheid
  • Meewerken in het magazijn: van picking tot kade; van reachen tot kwaliteitscontrole
  • Standaardcontroles bij transportmiddelen
  • Signaleren en melden van (dreigende) storingen, mankementen en schade aan de supervisor en/of technische dienst
  • Bewaken van de voortgang
  • Personeelsbeleid: bezetting, ziekteverzuim, opleiding, functioneren...

Je werkt in 2-ploegen systeem.

REF: MEC1

  • Je beschikt minstens over een A2 diploma en hebt een Hoger secundair onderwijs werk- en denkniveau
  • Je hebt een eerste stabiele ervaring vergaard als teamleider in een logistiek bedrijf
  • Je bent bereid zelf mee te werken en de handen uit de mouwen te steken
  • Talenkennis: Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Reachtruckattest = pluspunt maar zeker geen vereiste
  • Ervaring met een elektrische transpallet
