  • Je staat in voor de dagdagelijkse opvolging en aansturing van het team.
  • Je neemt daarnaast ook operationele taken voor jouw rekening (reachen,..)
  • Je werkt in daguren en houdt het overzicht op magazijniers in een 2-ploegenstelsel.

  • Je streeft naar een geoptimaliseerd proces/werking voor de afdeling.
  • Je ben verantwoordelijk voor de inkomende en uitgaande goederenstroom en stemt deze beide activiteiten op elkaar af.
  • Je bent verder ook verantwoordelijk voor de aanvoer van grondstoffen en verpakkingsmateriaal naar de productie.
  • Je denkt en werkt graag mee aan verbeteringsprocessen.

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma of gelijkaardig door ervaring, liefst in ene logistieke richting.
  • Je bent een echte people person, je wil jezelf ontwikkelen tot een goede coach!
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig en resultaatgericht.
  • Je bent een echte problem solver en je zoekt mee naar duurzame oplossingen en verbeteringen.
  • Jouw administratie en IT-skills staan op punt, kennis van EWM/SAP is grote plus.
  • Je drukt je zeer vlot uit in het Nederlands.
  • Je bent organisatorisch zeer sterk en je bent verder ook stressbestendig.
