Ben jij een geboren leider die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt? Heb je ervaring binnen een logistieke omgeving en haal je energie uit het begeleiden van een team én het optimaliseren van processen? Dan is deze uitdaging misschien wel iets voor jou.

Voor een internationaal en sterk groeiend bedrijf in de regio Oostende zijn wij op zoek naar een Teamleader Logistiek.

In deze rol stuur je een team van ongeveer 6 medewerkers aan. Je combineert operationele betrokkenheid met coaching, administratie en procesverbetering. Als meewerkend teamleader ben je zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer en zorg je ervoor dat alles vlot, veilig en efficiënt verloopt.

Jouw takenpakket

Leiding geven en coachen

- Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van een logistiek team

- Opvolgen van prestaties en KPI's zoals doorlooptijden, foutenpercentages en productiviteit

- Voeren van evaluatie- en feedbackgesprekken

- Ondersteunen van de ontwikkeling en opleiding van medewerkers

- Creëren van een positieve en resultaatgerichte teamcultuur

Operationele coördinatie

- Bewaken van een efficiënte goederen- en orderstroom

- Coördineren van de dagelijkse pick-, pack- en verzendactiviteiten

- Opvolgen van retours en specifieke klantorders

- Beheren van prioriteiten en snel inspelen op wijzigingen in de planning

- Verantwoordelijk voor een vlot dispatch- en transportproces

Administratie en communicatie

- Behandelen van operationele vragen rond orders en verzendingen

- Contact onderhouden met transporteurs en chauffeurs

- Coördineren van transportaanvragen

- Opvolgen van klachten en zoeken naar structurele oplossingen

- Verzorgen van duidelijke communicatie tussen alle betrokken partijen

Verbetering en veiligheid

- Initiëren van verbeterprojecten en optimalisaties

- Mee nadenken over efficiëntere werkmethodes

- Toezien op orde, netheid en veiligheid op de werkvloer

- Stimuleren van een sterke veiligheidscultuur binnen het team

Profiel

- Je hebt een eerste succesvolle ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen logistiek, magazijn of supply chain.

- Je bent een echte people manager die medewerkers weet te coachen, motiveren en bijsturen waar nodig.

- Je voelt je thuis op de werkvloer en bent niet bang om operationeel mee te werken.

- Je werkt gestructureerd en bent administratief sterk.

- Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel en andere courante pc-toepassingen.

- Je denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief.

- Je kan prioriteiten stellen in een dynamische omgeving.

- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kan je behelpen in het Engels.
