Teamleader Zeevracht Import – Antwerpen

Heb je ervaring binnen zeevracht import en ben je klaar om een team aan te sturen? In deze functie combineer je jouw operationele expertise met een coachende rol. Je zorgt ervoor dat importdossiers efficiënt worden afgehandeld, ondersteunt collega's in hun dagelijkse werking en draagt bij aan de verdere optimalisatie van processen binnen een internationale logistieke omgeving.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Teamleader Zeevracht Import ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van het importteam en een vlotte operationele werking. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening, begeleidt collega's in hun ontwikkeling en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen binnen de afdeling.

  • Aansturen, coachen en ondersteunen van het zeevracht importteam.
  • Verdelen van de workload en opvolgen van de dagelijkse planning.
  • Toezien op een correcte verwerking van importdossiers volgens klantprocedures.
  • Ondersteunen bij offertes en commerciële aanvragen.
  • Begeleiden van de opstart van nieuwe klanten en wijzigingen binnen bestaande dossiers.
  • Opvolgen van KPI's en signaleren van verbeterpunten.
  • Onderhouden van contacten met rederijen, transporteurs en andere logistieke partners.
  • Meewerken aan procesoptimalisaties en efficiëntere werkwijzen.
  • Waken over de naleving van interne procedures en relevante wetgeving.
  • Ondersteunen van de manager bij de begeleiding en ontwikkeling van medewerker.

Jouw ideale achtergrond

Je hebt een sterke achtergrond binnen zeevracht import en voelt je thuis in een leidinggevende of coachende rol. Je werkt gestructureerd, communiceert vlot en behoudt het overzicht in een dynamische omgeving.

  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen zeevracht import of freight forwarding.
  • Ervaring met het aansturen of coachen van collega's is een plus.
  • Goede kennis van de logistieke en maritieme sector.
  • Sterke organisatorische en planningsvaardigheden.
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels.
  • Goede kennis van MS Office, waaronder Excel.
  • Oplossingsgericht, proactief en stressbestendig.
  • Interesse in procesverbetering en efficiënt
