Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor een 100% betrouwbare fysieke afhandeling van goederen, samenstelling van goederen en kwaliteitscontrole en de daarbij behorende administratieve werkzaamheden binnen een Warehouse omgeving waarbij hoge kwaliteits- en veiligheidseisen gelden en waar gewerkt wordt met high-value en diefstalgevoelige goederen. Hoofdtaken: - Draagt verantwoordelijkheid voor het coördineren van de operationele activiteiten binnen het team - Informeert de Warehouse Supervisor over de benodigde inzet van mensen en middelen binnen het team, op basis van de productiviteits- en kwaliteitsdoelstellingen en rekening houdend met de beschikbaarheid en de vaardigheden van medewerkers en de beschikbaarheid van middelen - Geeft in de dagelijkse uitvoering operationeel vorm aan het afdelingsbeleid op basis van de afdelingsdoelen - Verdeelt en coördineert het dagelijkse werk op de afdeling - Lost knelpunten tijdig en efficiënt op - Stuurt en regelt de activiteiten binnen de afdeling - Is inzetbaar op en bekend met procedures van de andere afdelingen - Zorgt voor goede communicatie op de werkvloer - Kan binnen kritische fouttoleranties werken - Verwerkt inkomende en/of uitgaande orders nauwkeurig en/of zorgt voor kwaliteitscontroles - Voert een 100% check uit op outbound orders - Voert alle werkzaamheden uit volgens vastgestelde procedures - Bedient het equipement, waaronder scanners, om op soepele wijze de goederenstroom en de administratieve handelingen tot stand te brengen - Beantwoordt aan en overtreft de verwa...
