Solliciteer dan nu en ga aan de slag als teamleider in 2 ploegendienst. Over het werk Als teamleider ben jij dé spil op de productieafdeling. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van het hele proces en zorgt ervoor dat alles draait zoals het hoort, efficiënt, veilig en volgens de hoogste hygiëne- en kwaliteitsnormen. Je start je werkdag met het doornemen en uitdraaien van de planning. Vervolgens zorg je ervoor dat jouw team op de juiste plekken staat, zodat de productie zonder onderbrekingen kan blijven draaien. Stilstand? Dat voorkom jij door vooruit te denken en snel te schakelen.Tijdens de dienst houd je continu overzicht. Je stuurt bij waar nodig, motiveert je team en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij vragen of storingen. Doet zich een storing voor? Dan zorg jij dat de technische dienst direct wordt ingeschakeld en dat het probleem snel en effectief wordt opgelost. Jij behoudt de rust en zorgt dat de productie zo snel mogelijk weer op volle kracht draait. Aan het einde van de dienst verzorg je een duidelijke overdracht aan de collega-teamleider, zodat ook de volgende ploeg vliegend van start kan. Daarnaast neem je actief deel aan overleggen met andere afdelingen. Hier worden nieuwe ideeën besproken om processen slimmer, sneller en beter te maken. En dat past perfect bij jou: jij denkt graag mee, ziet kansen voor verbetering en krijgt energie van het optimaliseren van werkprocessen. Kortom: een dynamische rol met verantwoordelijkheid, afwisseling en volop ruimte om mee te bouwen aan een efficiënte productieomgeving. Werktijden zijn van 5:00-14:00 of van 13:05 tot 22:05 uur.
