Onze afdeling Tekstredactie staat aan de vooravond van een volgende stap. AI verandert hoe we content maken, tekst en beeld gaan steeds meer samenwerken en processen kunnen slimmer en efficiënter. En precies daar kom jij in beeld. Als Teamleider Tekstredactie geef je richting aan een creatief team én aan de ontwikkeling van de afdeling. Je hoeft daarbij niet degene te zijn die iedere komma spot of zelf de allerbeste commerciële tekst schrijft. We zoeken vooral een sterke leider die mensen meekrijgt, kansen ziet en samen met het team bouwt aan hoe we onze dealcontent in de toekomst nóg beter maken. Wat ga je doen? - Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan een team van 15 collega's en zorgt voor duidelijke prioriteiten, structuur en focus - Je coacht collega's, voert gesprekken en helpt mensen om zich verder te ontwikkelen - Je creëert een team waarin mensen eigenaarschap pakken, samenwerken en met plezier goede resultaten neerzetten - Je kijkt vooruit: hoe maken we onze dealcontent over één, twee of drie jaar? - Je onderzoekt hoe AI slimmer ingezet kan worden en zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe mogelijkheden ook daadwerkelijk onderdeel worden van de dagelijkse werkwijze - Je denkt breder dan alleen tekst en kijkt hoe tekst, beeld en andere contentvormen elkaar kunnen versterken - Je ziet kansen om processen slimmer, sneller en schaalbaarder te maken, zonder dat we inleveren op kwaliteit - Je maakt keuzes en krijgt het team mee in veranderingen die daarbij horen - Je werkt nauw samen met onder andere Sales en Partner Support, Sales, Marketing, Development en andere teams binnen Social Deal - Je houdt overzicht ...
