Ben jij klaar voor de volgende stap in de productie? Heb je ervaring als productiemedewerker, machinebediener of operator en wil je meer verantwoordelijkheid? Dan hebben wij een mooie kans voor je!

Voor een modern productiebedrijf in de regio Haaksbergen zoeken wij een nieuwe collega met ambitie! In deze functie zorg je ervoor dat het productieproces soepel verloopt en leer je stap voor stap steeds meer over procesverbetering, begeleiding van collega's en het aansturen van een productielijn. Je begint in de productie om uiteraard de werkzaamheden, machines, collega's en het bedrijf goed te leren kennen. Hierna stroom je natuurlijk door richting teamleider/assistent productieleider.

Je werkt met moderne spuitgietmachines, robots en geautomatiseerde productielijnen. Naast het bedienen en controleren van de machines krijg je de ruimte om mee te denken over verbeteringen en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Ervaring als operator is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste. Heb jij al ervaring in een productieomgeving en ben je gemotiveerd om het vak verder te leren? Dan investeren wij graag in jouw ontwikkeling.

Wat ga je doen?

Je houdt het productieproces nauwlettend in de gaten en ondersteunt bij de dagelijkse aansturing van het team. Daarbij houd je je bezig met:

- Signaleren en doorvoeren van verbeteringen binnen het productieproces - Bewaken van de voortgang en direct handelen bij afwijkingen - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles aan de productielijn - Zorgen voor een veilige, schone en georganiseerde werkomgeving

Daarnaast heb je een belangrijke rol in de begeleiding van het team:

- Aansturen en coachen van een team van 8 tot 10 medewerkers - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer wanneer de teamleider afwezig is - Afstemmen met teamleiders en de productiemanager over voortgang, planning en verbeterkansen - Overnemen van de verantwoordelijkheden van de teamleider bij afwezigheid
