- Over Vepa - - Nederlands - English - Deutsch - Over Vepa - Historie Teamleider Circulair Centrum Wij zijn op zoek naar een Teamleider Circulair Centrum Standplaats Emmen fulltime (= vierdaagse werkweek) Als teamleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van het Circulair Centrum. Hier worden gebruikte meubels ingenomen, beoordeeld, opgeslagen, gereinigd, gerepareerd en refurbished.Je zorgt ervoor dat het team goed functioneert en dat de werkzaamheden volgens planning en met de juiste kwaliteit worden uitgevoerd. Je bent veel op de werkvloer aanwezig, houdt overzicht en stuurt bij waar nodig. Wat ga je doen? - Je zorgt voor de dagelijkse aansturing van het team. - Je maakt en bewaakt samen met de planning de order- en capaciteitsplanning. - Je verdeelt de werkzaamheden en houdt rekening met beschikbare mensen, materialen en middelen. - Je bewaakt de voortgang, kwaliteit, output en efficiency. - Je houdt toezicht op de logistieke en circulaire processen binnen het Circulair Centrum. - Je instrueert, coacht en motiveert medewerkers. - Je zorgt voor een veilige, nette en prettige werkomgeving. - Je signaleert knelpunten en komt met voorstellen om processen te verbeteren. - Je bereidt het dagelijkse werkoverleg voor en leidt dit. - Je stemt regelmatig af met andere teamleiders en afdelingen. - Waar nodig werk je zelf mee op de afdeling.
