Teamleider Nieuw Profiel De opdrachtgever van Remember Tomorrow is op zoek naar een teamleider treinbeveiliging binnen de business unit Rail Systems. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor een specialistische afdeling die zich richt op de veiligheid van het treinverkeer. Denk hierbij aan het voorkomen van ontsporingen, botsingen en aanrijdingen door middel van geavanceerde systemen die de positie van treinen monitoren en ervoor zorgen dat wissels, seinen en overwegen correct functioneren. Je stuurt dagelijks een team aan, begeleidt en coacht medewerkers en zorgt voor een werkomgeving waarin iedereen optimaal kan presteren. Naast je rol als teamleider vervul je ook de functie van projectleider. Je bent een echte doener met leidinggevende kwaliteiten en bent niet bang om zelf actief bij te dragen wanneer nodig. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Business Unit Manager en draagt zorg voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en een efficiënte inzet van personeel. Daarnaast voer je functionerings- en beoordelingsgesprekken en blijf je nauw betrokken bij het welzijn van je teamleden. Alle werkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd volgens de geldende QHSE-eisen, waarbij je ook optreedt bij ongewenst gedrag. Vereisten - Leidinggevende ervaring - Ervaring binnen de beveiliging van treinen - HBO werk en denkniveau - Bij voorkeur een achtergrond in civiel of elektro - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden - In staat om een dubbele rol als teamleider en projectleider te vervullen Bedrijfsprofiel De opdrachtgever van Remember Tomorrow is actief binnen de railinfrastructuur en houdt zich dagelijks bezig met spoorbouw en spoorvernieuwing binnen de Benelux.
