Ben jij een enthousiaste aanpakker die energie krijgt van mensen en commercie? Voor een groot en bekend woon- en kluswarenhuis in Baarn zoeken we een teamleider voor 32 tot 38 uur per week op de afdeling Doe-Het-Zelf. In deze leidinggevende functie op de werkvloer neem jij de operationele touwtjes in handen. Je bent de vaste kracht die het team stimuleert, zorgt voor een perfect gepresenteerde afdeling en scherp stuurt op commerciële resultaten. Heb je al leidinggevende ervaring of ben jij die topper met een juiste instelling die klaar is voor de volgende stap? Bij ons krijg je alle ruimte om te groeien in een hecht familiebedrijf met een hele warme werksfeer! Zo ziet je dag eruit : Jouw dag begint met energie! Voordat de deuren opengaan, verzamel jij je team voor een snelle dagstart. Even de koppen bij elkaar, de doelen van de dag doornemen en elkaar scherp zetten. Zodra de winkel opengaat, ben je hands-on op de vloer te vinden. Je loopt rond, geeft direct feedback en helpt je collega's om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen. Tussendoor houdt je de afdeling strak in de gaten: staan de schappen er netjes bij en kloppen de voorraden? Samen met de bedrijfsleiding stel je het afdelingsplan op en zorg je dat de juiste persoon op de juiste plek staat. Je gaat pas met een voldaan gevoel naar huis als de afdeling er door een ringetje te halen is, het team lekker heeft gewerkt en de klanten met een glimlach de deur uit lopen.
