Teamleider Wijken en Economische zaken Wil jij leidinggeven aan een team dat werkt aan de leefbaarheid, ontwikkeling en economische kracht van Hoogeveen en De Wolden? Als Teamleider Wijken & Economische Zaken geef je richting aan professionals, verbind je mensen en belangen en draag je bij aan maatschappelijke opgaven die direct zichtbaar zijn in stad en dorpen. Het team Wijken & Economische zaken is onderdeel van het netwerk Bestuur van de samenwerkingsorganisatie (SWO). Binnen het netwerk Bestuur bouwen we verder aan een manier van werken waarin samenwerking, eigenaarschap en integraal denken centraal staan. De maatschappelijke vraagstukken van vandaag vragen om leiders die over de grenzen van vakgebieden heen kijken en kennis, expertise en perspectieven met elkaar verbinden. Voor zowel de gemeente Hoogeveen als voor de gemeente De Wolden leveren we maatwerk. Bouw mee aan de toekomst van stad én platteland. De organisatie bestaat uit een tweehoofdige directie, vijf netwerken (Concern, Informatie, Bestuur, Sociaal en Openbare Ruimte) en daarbinnen diverse teams. De SWO werkt vanuit de sturingsfilosofie. Daarin staan, vanuit onze kernwaarden Vertrouwen, Verbinding en Eigenaarschap (VVE), aandacht voor de mens en sturen op resultaat centraal. Wat ga je doen? Als teamleider geef je leiding aan een team van professionals. Je zorgt ervoor dat het team optimaal kan presteren. Door regelmatig het gesprek aan te gaan met medewerkers, heb je oog voor hun talenten, ambities en ontwikkeling. Je stimuleert persoonlijke groei en vakinhoudelijke ontwikkeling, terwijl je tegelijkertijd zorgt voor een soepel verloop van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Daarbij inspireer en ondersteun je het team om vanuit onze drie kernwaarden te werken. Daarnaast ben je een belangrijke schakel in de vertaalslag van de strategische doelstellingen van SWO naar concrete acties op tactisch en operationeel niveau.
