Bij Decathlon starten we jouw motor als Teamleider. Dit is een high-speed traineeship waarin we je klaarstomen om binnen 3 tot 5 jaar je eigen winkel te runnen als Storeleader.

Jouw rol

- Ownership: Jij bent ondernemer van je eigen sportafdeling. Van de voorraadstrategie tot het coachen van je team, jij hebt de volledige regie over de groei en resultaten.

- Lead your team: Jij recruit, coacht en motiveert je eigen team. Je ziet talent en helpt hen (en jezelf) naar het volgende niveau.

- Run the business: Jij bepaalt hoe de sport op jouw afdeling commercieel ingezet kan worden. Van vette merchandising en voorraadbeheer tot de commerciële strategie.

- Impact maken: Jij verhoogt de klanttevredenheid en de duurzame impact. Je stuurt je team aan op proactieve service en vertaalt onze duurzaamheidsdoelen (zoals de verkoop van circulaire productlijnen) door naar de winkelvloer.

- Next level moves: Jij bepaalt je eigen groeipad binnen ons bedrijf. Of je nu wilt doorgroeien naar Store Manager, een expertrol in ons Warehouse in Tilburg ambieert, of een stap naar het hoofdkantoor wilt maken, Decathlon helpt je groeien.

Wat krijg je van ons

- Salaris: Een startsalaris van € 2.720 en kan afhankelijk van ervaring oplopen tot maximaal € 3.670 bruto per maand.

- Maandelijkse bonus: Bovenop je salaris kans op een bonus tot wel 10 %, afhankelijk van de bedrijfsresultaten.
