Als teamleider bij ASVZ heb je een veelzijdige functie. Het ene moment werk je met cliënten op het Kinderdagcentrum (KDC), het andere moment ondersteun je een medewerker of stem je af met collega's. Spreekt de combinatie van leidinggeven én meewerken je aan? Dan is deze functie echt iets voor jou. Wat ga je doen? Als meewerkend teamleider geef je leiding aan een team van (activiteiten)begeleiders. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van zorg, coördineert de zorgverlening, voert het personeelsbeleid uit en zorgt voor effectief werkoverleg. Daarnaast werk je zelf mee. Zo ken je de cliënten en weet je wat er speelt binnen het team. Je staat daardoor dicht bij je collega's en cliënten en draagt actief bij aan goede zorg. Je wordt aangestuurd door de sectormanager en binnen de sector overleg je regelmatig met andere teamleiders, waarbij ruimte is om vraagstukken te delen en samen te reflecteren. Wie zoeken we? Wij zoeken een teamleider die zichtbaar en betrokken is op de werkvloer. Iemand die richting kan geven en keuzes durft te maken. Verder heb jij; - Je hebt een afgeronde zorg gerelateerde opleiding op mbo 4-niveau, zoals SPH, MMZ4, verpleegkunde of soortgelijk. - Daarnaast heb je een managementopleiding gevolgd of ben je bereid deze te gaan volgen. - Je hebt ervaring als leidinggevende of bent een ervaren persoonlijk begeleider die een volgende stap wil maken. - Je kent de uitgangspunten van Triple-C en draagt ze uit.
