The posting

Als administratief teamleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en begeleiding van een team van drie administratief medewerkers. Je verdeelt de werkzaamheden, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt ervoor dat alles op tijd en correct wordt uitgevoerd. Je houdt daarbij het overzicht over de verschillende administratieve processen en weet goed prioriteiten te stellen wanneer er meerdere werkzaamheden tegelijk binnenkomen.

Naast je leidinggevende rol ben je zelf actief betrokken bij de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor het team en helpt collega's bij operationele en administratieve vraagstukken. Je signaleert knelpunten in de processen en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen. Ook houd je je bezig met rapportages en administratieve overzichten, zodat de voortgang en kwaliteit goed inzichtelijk blijven.

Klantcontact is eveneens een belangrijk onderdeel van je functie. Je onderhoudt professionele relaties met klanten en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor administratieve en operationele vragen. Je zorgt ervoor dat verzoeken snel en correct worden opgevolgd en stemt waar nodig af met interne afdelingen om afspraken met klanten goed te kunnen waarborgen.

Ook het beheer van gedeelde mailboxen valt onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid. Je houdt de binnenkomende verzoeken goed in de gaten, bepaalt welke zaken prioriteit hebben en zorgt dat deze bij de juiste persoon terechtkomen. Hierdoor zorg je ervoor dat informatie en acties tussen klanten, het administratieve team en andere interne afdelingen soepel blijven verlopen.

Als Administratief Teamleader voer je daarnaast beoordelings- en ontwikkelingsgesprekken met je medewerkers. Je motiveert en begeleidt het team en draagt bij aan een prettige en professionele werkomgeving.

- Mbo+/hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een administratieve, logistieke of bedrijfskundige richting of 3 tot 5 jaar relevante administratieve werkervaring - Jij hebt aantoonbare ervaring met het aansturen
