Als teamleider ben je de drijvende kracht achter ons administratieve en facilitaire team op de locaties vmbo Oegstgeest en vmbo Alphen aan den Rijn. Daarbij geef je direct leiding aan een team van medewerkers met een administratieve, facilitaire of onderwijsondersteunende functie. Je maakt deel uit van het managementteam van beide locaties en je hebt wekelijks overleg met andere teamleiders administratie en facilitaire ondersteuning (AFO) om te bouwen, te sparren en van elkaar te leren. Je bent de motor achter het AFO team op locatie, waarbij je niet alleen stuurt en faciliteert, maar ook inspireert, coacht en ondersteunt. Je draagt zorg voor de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van werkprocessen en zorgt ervoor dat mensen en middelen zo effectief en efficiënt mogelijk worden ingezet. Voor de locaties waarvoor je werkt houd je de financiën op het gebied van huisvesting en andere facilitaire zaken scherp in de gaten. Je overlegt regelmatig met je collega's in de locatie-MT's en rapporteert aan de regiodirecteur over belangrijke thema's op het gebied van administratie, facilitaire zaken en huisvesting. Je werkt nauw samen met de centrale afdelingen en neemt regelmatig deel aan fysieke overleggen in Houten en Den Bosch. Daarnaast lever je een inhoudelijk bijdrage aan (Europese) aanbestedingstrajecten binnen de organisatie. Je bent zowel procesgericht als mensgericht en weet de vertaalslag te maken tussen beleid en praktijk.
