Je zorgt ervoor dat onderhouds-, service- en reparatiewerkzaamheden efficiënt worden gepland en uitgevoerd. Daarbij ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, monteurs en de verkoop. Heb jij ervaring in het aansturen van een team en krijg je energie van het optimaliseren van processen? Dan komen wij graag in contact met jou! Voor onze vestiging Kamps de Wild Bruggeman in Broekland zijn wij op zoek naar een Teamleider aftersales Wat ga je doen? Je weet als geen ander hoe je medewerkers kunt motiveren en ontwikkelen. Tegelijkertijd houd je grip op de prestaties van de afdeling en werk je continu aan verbetering van processen, kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid. Daarnaast bestaan je werkzaamheden onder andere uit: - Dagelijks aansturen, coachen en begeleiden van het aftersales team; - Plannen en prioriteren van onderhouds-, service- en reparatiewerkzaamheden; - Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten bij reparatie- en onderhoudsvragen; - Bespreken van diagnoses, werkzaamheden en kosten met klanten; - Bewaken van serviceprestaties en sturen op KPI's; - Signaleren van commerciële kansen; - Toezien op naleving van kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en certificeringseisen; - Zorgdragen voor een correcte serviceadministratie; - Creëren van een positieve, veilige en motiverende werkomgeving.
