Dit ga je doen

Als Teamleider Ambulante Dienstverlening geef je dagelijks sturing aan een team van gespecialiseerde professionals die leerlingen begeleiden binnen het onderwijs. Auris ondersteunt deze leerlingen zoveel mogelijk binnen het reguliere onderwijs; alleen wanneer dat echt niet haalbaar is, volgt doorstroom naar een van onze scholen voor speciaal onderwijs.

Je zorgt voor duidelijke verwachtingen, stimuleert professionele groei en bevordert een goede samenwerking binnen het team. Jouw leiderschapsstijl is coachend, betrokken en verbindend – ook op afstand weet je verbinding te houden. Je vertaalt de strategische koers van Auris naar de dagelijkse praktijk op scholen in de regio.

Een greep uit je werkzaamheden:

- Aansturen, coachen en ondersteunen van het team Auris Dienstverlening in Goes.

- De verbinding binnen het team versterken door middel van stimuleren van eigenaarschap en samenwerking.

- Zorgen voor de kwaliteit en continuïteit van de begeleiding en waar nodig bijsturen.

- Afstemming en samenwerking met collega’s, scholen, samenwerkingsverbanden en ketenpartners.

- Bijdragen aan de doorontwikkeling van onze ambulante dienstverlening in lijn met de Auris-visie.
