BlueTrail Teamleider APV en Bijzondere wetten Overijssel 32 - 36u p/w HBO Functieomschrijving Het team APV en Bijzondere Wetten maakt onderdeel uit van de afdeling Duurzaamheid en Naleving. De afdeling valt onder het Domein Ruimte. Als teamleider geef jij leiding aan een team van ongeveer 45 professionals. Het team APV en Bijzondere wetten bestaat uit een aantal vakgroepen o.a. casemanagers, accountmanagers, handhavingsjuristen, toezichthouders en ondersteunende functies. We denken graag mee met initiatiefnemers: of je nu een evenement organiseert, een horecazaak opent of een onderneming start, wij helpen je verder. We bieden ruimte waar het kan en zijn duidelijk waar het moet. Ons motto is dan ook: 'Dingen mogelijk maken voor een leuker Deventer.'' We werken nauw samen met collega's binnen het domein Ruimte en partners zoals politie, brandweer en GHOR. Vanuit de verschillende vakgroepen zijn we adviserend, vergunningverlenend, toezichthoudend en handhavend, ook als het gaat om bouwen en wonen. We zijn een divers team met één doel: ondernemend en bouwend Deventer ondersteunen en versterken. Opdracht Je geeft leiding aan een betrokken en deskundig team van vergunningverleners, adviseurs en ondersteunende medewerkers. Je coacht medewerkers in hun ontwikkeling, stimuleert eigenaarschap en zorgt voor een goede samenwerking binnen het team en met andere afdelingen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de resultaten, kwaliteit en continuïteit van de dienstverlening en fungeert als sparringpartner voor medewerkers, management en bestuur. Momenteel wordt gewerkt aan de doorontwikkeling van het domein. Vanuit jouw rol draag je hier actief aan de verdere ontwikkeling van processen, dienstverlening en samenwerking binnen het domein in algemene zin en specifiek voor je team.
