- ASVZ - Sliedrecht ( Zuid-Holland ) - Online sinds: vandaag ASVZ Als Teamleider Klantadvies Backoffice geef je integraal en coachend leiding aan het Backoffice-team binnen Klantadvies. Tegelijkertijd werk je actief mee in de dagelijkse praktijk. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het verbinden van Klantadvies, zorgfinanciering en bedrijfsvoering. Samen met jouw team zorg je voor een correcte en tijdige ondersteuning van de zorg- en dienstverlening en draag je bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling en professionalisering van de Backoffice. Wat ga jij doen? Als Teamleider Klantadvies Backoffice ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en ontwikkeling van jouw team. Je creëert een professionele en lerende werkomgeving waarin medewerkers worden gestimuleerd om zich te ontwikkelen, samen te werken en eigenaarschap te nemen. Ook heb je een belangrijke rol in de coördinatie van klant- en financieringsprocessen. Je zorgt voor een juiste financiering van zorg vanuit de Wlz en gemeentelijke financieringsstromen. Bij complexe vraagstukken neem je de regie en zorg je voor een zorgvuldige en tijdige afhandeling. Verder houd je je bezig met: - het bewaken van personele bezetting, kwaliteit, resultaten en budgetten; - het bewaken en verbeteren van werkprocessen, doorlooptijden en proceskwaliteit; - het zorgen voor een correcte administratieve en financiële verwerking van cliënttrajecten; - het signaleren van knelpunten en initiëren van verbeteringen; - het adviseren van management en collega's over financiering, processen en dienstverlening; - het volgen van ontwikkelingen in zorgfinanciering en wet- en regelgeving en deze vertalen naar beleid en werkprocessen; - het versterken van de samenwerking met interne en externe stakeholders; - het actief meewerken binnen de Backoffice en ondersteunen bij complexe vraagstukken.
