Weigeren Meewerkend teamleider, Wiboz Bergen op Zoom Voor het kleinschalige ouderinitiatief Wiboz in Bergen op Zoom zijn wij op zoek naar een betrokken meewerkend teamleider. Een functie waarin je leidinggeven combineert met het werken op de woning. Je bent dichtbij de bewoners én dichtbij je team en zorgt er samen met hen voor dat bewoners zoveel mogelijk hun eigen leven kunnen leiden. Wat ga je doen? Als meewerkend teamleider geef je dagelijks leiding aan het team van Wiboz en werk je zelf mee op de woning. Je coacht collega's, bewaakt de kwaliteit van de begeleiding en zorgt voor duidelijkheid en structuur binnen het team. Tegelijkertijd blijf je betrokken bij de bewoners en weet je wat er op de woning speelt. Binnen Wiboz wonen 21 bewoners van rond de 30 jaar, verdeeld over drie woonlagen. De bewoners hebben een lichte of matige verstandelijke beperking en ieder hun eigen mogelijkheden en ondersteuningsvragen. De ene bewoner woont grotendeels zelfstandig, terwijl een andere bewoner meer ondersteuning nodig heeft bij de dagelijkse activiteiten. Jij zorgt er samen met het team voor dat de begeleiding aansluit bij wat iedere bewoner nodig heeft. Wiboz is een plek waar veel gebeurt. Er worden activiteiten georganiseerd, bewoners gaan eropuit en ook de gewone dagelijkse momenten zijn belangrijk. Samen koken, eten, een praatje maken of ondersteunen bij het huishouden: het draagt allemaal bij aan een zo gewoon mogelijk leven. Als teamleider help je medewerkers om goed aan te sluiten bij de bewoners en stimuleer je hen om te kijken naar wat iemand wél kan. Ouders zijn nauw betrokken bij het leven van hun kind en spelen binnen Wiboz een belangrijke rol. Je vindt het daarom belangrijk om goed contact te onderhouden en samen te werken met ouders, collega's en andere betrokkenen.
