Start datum: 19 oktober 2026 Interim teamleider Beleid en Advies Ruimte & Sociaal De gemeente Achtkarspelen is op zoek naar een ervaren interim teamleider voor het team Beleid en Advies Ruimte & Sociaal (36 uur per week), ter vervanging van de huidige teamleider wegens ziekte. De opdracht loop van 19 oktober 2026 tot en met 18 april 2027 (verlenging is mogelijk). Wat mag je verwachten - Opdracht is op detacheringsbasis - Salaris: max €7252 obv cao gemeenten Wie we zoeken - Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring als teamleider, manager of afdelingshoofd binnen een gemeentelijke of andere publieke organisatie. - Je hebt aantoonbare kennis van het fysieke en/of het sociale domein. - Gezien het belang van zichtbaarheid en verbinding binnen het team wordt een substantiële fysieke aanwezigheid op kantoor verwacht. (Minimaal 4 dagen per week) Wat ga je doen Het team Beleid en Advies Ruimte & Sociaal is verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling, voorbereiding en uitvoering van beleid binnen zowel het fysieke als het sociale domein. Binnen het team wordt gewerkt aan een breed scala aan maatschappelijke en bestuurlijke opgaven die bijdragen aan de leefbaarheid, vitaliteit en toekomstbestendigheid van de gemeente. De beleidsvelden variëren onder andere van wonen, economie, duurzaamheid en onderwijshuisvesting tot gezondheid, participatie en maatschappelijke voorzieningen. De interim teamleider is verantwoordelijke voor de dagelijkse aansturing van het team en zorgt ervoor dat de continuïteit van de werkzaamheden geborgd blijft gedurende de periode van afwezigheid van de teamleider. Daarnaast levert de teamleider een belangrijke bijdrage aan de doorontwikkeling van het team en de verdere professionalisering van de beleidsfunctie binnen de organisatie.
