Jouw matchmaker legt uit… Jouw werkdag als teamleider Mobiele Surveillance in de regio Den Haag is dynamisch en veelzijdig. Als teamleider sta je naast de beveiligers, zowel figuurlijk als letterlijk, aangezien je regelmatig meedraait op de locaties waarvoor je verantwoordelijk bent. Deze combinatie zorgt voor een extra afwisselende en uitdagende functie, waarin je continu de balans bewaart tussen je twee rollen. Elke dag brengt nieuwe uitdagingen met zich mee. Samen met de teams zorg je ervoor dat de beveiligingswerkzaamheden volgens de richtlijnen en wensen van de klant verlopen. Je voorziet de klant gevraagd en ongevraagd van advies, bijvoorbeeld wanneer er een storm op komst is en de buitenruimte extra toezicht nodig heeft, of als er een demonstratie wordt aangekondigd.
