Wat ga je doen? Als meewerkend teamleider geef je leiding aan een team van (activiteiten)begeleiders op de dagbesteding. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van zorg voor de cliënten en de verdere ontwikkeling daarvan. Je coördineert de zorgverlening en voert het personeelsbeleid uit. Ook stuur je op budget, maak je roosters en houd je de administratie bij en zorg je voor een goed georganiseerde werkoverleggen. Naast deze leidinggevende taken werk je ook zelf mee op de dagbesteding! Hierdoor ken je de cliënten goed en weet je hoe je collega's in hun werk zitten. Dat maakt dat jij als leidinggevende écht verschil kunt maken in de kwaliteit van de zorg! Je staat dicht bij je collega's, de cliënten en medewerkers/teamleider wonen en trekt samen op om de best mogelijke ondersteuning voor de cliënten te realiseren. Je wordt aangestuurd door de sectormanager. Binnen de sector heb je overleg met je collega-teamleiders en je kunt bij elkaar terecht om vraagstukken te delen en reflecteren. Werkplek Binnen de dagbesteding Wielewaal zijn we op zoek naar een meewerkend teamleider die samen met het team zorg draagt voor de cliënten die overdag activiteiten uitvoeren binnen de div. groepen die de Wielewaal heeft. Iedere groep heeft zijn eigen focus op activiteiten zowel op het terrein als buiten het terrein. De doelgroep waarmee je werkt is EVB en/of MVB. Ben jij die teamleider die het leuk vindt om mee te werken naast leiding geven? Zie jij wat cliënten en teamleden nodig hebben en speel je daar ook op in? Sta je stevig in je schoenen en kun je goed feedback geven? Ben je actief en enthousiast, vindt je het leuk om mee te denken en ga je uitdagingen niet uit de weg? Dan zijn we op zoek naar jou!!
