Je combineert dagelijkse aansturing met klantcontact en een actieve belangstelling voor ons anodiseerproces. Wat ga je doen? Je geeft leiding aan de binnendienst en zorgt dat werkzaamheden en prioriteiten duidelijk zijn. Daarnaast werk je actief mee aan aanvragen, offertes en orders. Zo leer je onze klanten en processen kennen én help je de dagelijkse werkdruk op te vangen. Vanuit die praktijkervaring kijk je samen met het team hoe het werk slimmer kan worden georganiseerd. Je verbetert werkwijzen en verdeelt taken op basis van de kennis en kwaliteiten van medewerkers. Zo werk je toe naar een efficiëntere binnendienst en een structureel lagere werkdruk. Je stimuleert collega's om door te vragen, technische kennis op te bouwen en klantvragen steeds zelfstandiger te behandelen. Daarbij benut je de ervaring die al aanwezig is en werk je samen met onze Sales engineer, het bedrijfsbureau en productie. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van de binnendienst. - Het verdelen en prioriteren van werkzaamheden en bewaken van offertes, orders en doorlooptijden. - Het zelfstandig behandelen van klantvragen, offertes en orders om het team te ondersteunen. - Het begeleiden van medewerkers bij het verbreden van hun kennis en werkzaamheden. - Het verbeteren van werkprocessen en de overdracht tussen binnendienst, buitendienst, bedrijfsbureau en productie. - Het signaleren van knelpunten in de werkdruk en samen met het team realiseren van verbeteringen. Je neemt stapsgewijs de personele aansturing van de binnendienst over van de huidige leidinggevende.
