Met jouw energie, verbindend vermogenen oog voor ontwikkeling bouw je verder aan sterke teams en draag je bij aan deeerstelijnszorg van morgen.Als Teamleider Bloedafname ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van meerdereteams van medewerkers bloedafname, verspreid over verschillende locaties in de regioZeeland. Je plant en coördineert de werkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat deze soepelverlopen en dat de kwaliteit en veiligheid in jouw regio worden bewaakt.Je begeleidt (nieuwe) medewerkers, coacht en stimuleert jouw teams (gemiddeld ± 20medewerkers verdeeld over meerdere locaties) op verbindende wijze en zorgt voor eenmotiverende werkomgeving waarin medewerkers zich kunnen ontwikkelen. Met jouworganisatorisch talent draag je bij aan efficiënte werkprocessen en een hoge kwaliteit vandienstverlening. Je rapporteert aan de Afdelingsmanager Bloedafname. Samen met hetafdelingshoofd vertaal je de strategische doelen naar concrete resultaten voor jouw regioen handhaaf je een goede relatie met samenwerkingspartners zoals huisartsen enziekenhuizen.
