Kom bouwen aan jeugdhulp die werkt! Jouw functie, jouw team Als Teamleider Capaciteitsmanagement geef je leiding aan de afdeling Plan & Flex, bestaande uit het Plan- en flexbureau en de interne flexpool. Je zorgt voor duidelijke kaders en effectieve sturing op capaciteit en personeelsinzet. Je verbindt de organisatiedoelen van Levvel met de dagelijkse praktijk en zorgt dat strategische en tactische keuzes worden vertaald naar concrete en uitvoerbare plannen. In de dagelijkse praktijk werk je samen met directie, management, teamleiders, planners en P&O . Je geeft richting aan capaciteit en personeelsinzet en bewaakt de balans tussen kwaliteit, inzet en kosten. Je analyseert capaciteitsvraagstukken, neemt regie, stuurt op verbeteringen, neemt besluiten bij knelpunten en geeft leiding aan de afdeling Plan& Flex. Met jouw coachende en verbindende stijl stimuleer je eigenaarschap, ontwikkeling en samenwerking. Zo draag je bij aan voorspelbare personeelsinzet en de continuïteit van Levvel. Binnen de afdeling Plan & Flex werken centrale planners, flexplanners en de coördinator van de interne flexpool dagelijks aan een goede en passende inzet van medewerkers. Samen met teams, leidinggevenden en andere stakeholders bouw je verder aan een professionele planorganisatie waarin duidelijkheid, samenwerking en voorspelbaarheid centraal staan. Fijn als jij erbij komt voor 32- 36 uur per week! Jouw werkzaamheden - Je geeft leiding. Je geeft leiding en richting aan de centrale planners, flexplanners en coördinator interne flexpool. Ook stimuleer je om samen te werken en neem je proactief de regie bij knelpunten en risico's. - Je zorgt dat doelstellingen behaald worden.
