Als Teamleider Commercie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van één van de twee multidisciplinaire teams binnen onze afdeling Woningbouw: Team Oost of Team West. Samen werken deze teams aan één gezamenlijk doel: het realiseren van 100% gespecificeerde orders van binnendeur-kozijncombinaties voor woningbouwprojecten in heel Nederland. Dankzij een zorgvuldige voorbereiding en foutloze orderverwerking staan projecten op tijd klaar voor onze fabrieken én kan onze projectenorganisatie de levering en montage vlekkeloos verzorgen. Jouw team bestaat uit collega's van de Commerciële Binnendienst, Werkvoorbereiding en Koperskeuze (circa 10-12 FTE). Jij zorgt ervoor dat projecten in jullie Rayon soepel verlopen, teamdoelstellingen worden behaald en klanten kunnen rekenen op een professionele en onderscheidende dienstverlening. Tegelijkertijd investeer je in de ontwikkeling van jouw medewerkers, stimuleer je de samenwerking tussen disciplines en draag je actief bij aan het continu verbeteren van onze processen en resultaten. Wat ga je doen? - Hoewel de aansturing van het team jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheid is, sta je ook met beide voeten in de dagelijkse praktijk. - Je wisselt tussen de operationele werkzaamheden binnen werkvoorbereiding en commerciële taken; - Je stuurt een multidisciplinair team aan en zorgt voor een heldere taakverdeling, planning en bezetting, - Je coacht, begeleidt en ontwikkelt medewerkers zodat zij het beste uit zichzelf kunnen halen; - Je bewaakt voortgang, kwaliteit, KPI's en teamdoelstellingen en stuurt bij waar nodig; - Je zorgt voor optimale sam...
