Als Teamleider Compliance stuur je een team van specialisten en inspecteurs aan en zorg je dat wettelijke eisen en interne standaarden stevig zijn verankerd in de dagelijkse praktijk. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen operatie, beleid en verbetering, en weet met overtuiging mensen mee te nemen in duidelijke keuzes. Daarbij werk je intensief samen met collega's uit assetmanagement, operations, HSE en kwaliteit. - Je leidt het compliance-team en bewaakt de voortgang, prioriteiten en prestaties. - Je borgt naleving van relevante normen en wetgeving, zoals NEN3140, NEN2654, BRL6010 en ISO50001. - Je stuurt op KPI's, dashboards en audits en vertaalt bevindingen naar concrete acties. - Je signaleert risico's tijdig en geeft gevraagd en ongevraagd advies met overtuigingskracht. - Je initieert procesverbeteringen en bouwt mee aan een cultuur van eigenaarschap en continu verbeteren. Functie-eisen Je bent een ervaren professional die overzicht houdt, mensen meeneemt en in een technische omgeving snel schakelt tussen details en hoofdlijnen.
