Er gaat iets mis in de keten: een carrier die te laat is, een klant die belt, een collega die een knoop doorgehakt wil zien. Jij bent degene die dat oplost. Je draait de dagelijkse operatie van de control tower en houdt alle lijntjes in handen, met een team om je heen.

- Eerste escalatiepunt bij verstoringen en klachten, inclusief het uitzetten van verbeteracties - Maandelijks de cijfers analyseren (Excel, SAP, SAC) en OTD en performance opvolgen - Bewaken dat afspraken uit SLA's en SOP's worden nagekomen - Je team richting geven, coachen en de prestaties verbeteren - Schakelen met supervisors, customer service, sales en andere stakeholders

- HBO werk- en denkniveau - Kennis van SAP WM is vereist; ervaring met S/4HANA is een pre - Ervaring met distributie en wegtransport, en met een WMS - Je spreekt en schrijft Nederlands en Engels - Je staat stevig in je schoenen: je durft te confronteren, knopen door te hakken en tegen de stroom in te gaan als dat nodig is - Je denkt in de hele keten en snapt waar de schakels om je heen mee zitten - Je wacht niet af maar zoekt zelf uit hoe het beter kan - Je communiceert makkelijk met zowel chauffeurs als management
