Als Teamleider Crediteurenadministratie ben jij de spil van onze crediteurenafdeling. Je neemt de verantwoordelijkheid om het team te coördineren, aan te sturen en te ondersteunen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat processen soepel verlopen, deadlines worden gehaald en het team optimaal functioneert. Wat ga je doen? • Je geeft leiding aan een ervaren crediteurenteam (ca. 6 FTE) en helpt het team verder te groeien in efficiëntie, kwaliteit en resultaat. • Je coacht medewerkers op een positieve en betrokken manier, waarbij je eigenaarschap, samenwerking en ontwikkeling stimuleert. • Je bewaakt tijdige leveranciersbetalingen, signaleert afwijkingen en zorgt voor een nauwkeurige crediteurenadministratie. • Je initieert en realiseert procesverbeteringen, waaronder verdere digitalisering en een hogere mate van automatische factuurverwerking. • Je ondersteunt bij pieken in de factuurverwerking en leert zo onze systemen en processen kennen. Wat breng jij mee? • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen financiële administratie of crediteurenbeheer; • Ervaring met het aansturen van een team of het coachen van collega's; • Actuele kennis van financiële administratieve processen en btw-regelgeving; • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een servicegerichte mindset; • Ervaring met SAP en Tungsten AP Essentials is een pré.
