Teamleider Customer Care Bouwt aan klantbeleving, teamontwikkeling en professionalisering - Zwolle - HBO Functieprofiel Als Teamleider Customer Care bij PTH Global ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en verdere ontwikkeling van de internationale Customer Service-afdeling. Vanuit Zwolle ondersteunt het team klanten van de merken VONROC, FERM, Blue Home en Waterocx in heel Europa, variërend van consumenten tot webshops, retailers en marketplaces. De organisatie bevindt zich in een sterke groeifase. Niet alleen groeit het aantal producten en klanten, ook de verwachtingen rondom dienstverlening nemen toe. Klantbeleving is daarom een strategisch speerpunt binnen PTH Global. De T eamleider Customer Care speelt hierin een centrale rol door processen, mensen en prestaties continu verder te ontwikkelen. Binnen PTH Global wordt gewerkt vanuit de overtuiging dat een uitstekend product pas echt onderscheidend wordt wanneer de totale klantbeleving klopt. Customer Service is hierin veel meer dan een operationele afdeling; het vormt een belangrijke schakel tussen de organisatie en de klant en levert waardevolle inzichten voor de verdere ontwikkeling van producten, processen en dienstverlening. De Teamleider Customer Care geeft leiding aan een internationaal Customer Service-team van 20 medewerkers. De nadruk ligt daarbij niet alleen op het realiseren van operationele doelstellingen, maar juist ook op het ontwikkelen van medewerkers, het verbeteren van processen en het verder versterken van een klantgerichte cultuur. De rol vraagt om een leidinggevende die overzicht weet te combineren met betrokkenheid.
