Pay off in tekst ballon goed dat je er bent Wij zijn op zoek naar een meewerkend teamleider op één van de twee VIC-Workhomes. In deze functie begeleid je cliënten met een intensieve zorgvraag en geef je leiding aan het team. Binnen deze functie zijn zowel kwaliteit als vertrouwen belangrijk. Je werkt samen met de orthopedagoog en de manager aan het bouwen van een stabiel team. Daarbij maak je deel uit van het teamleidersteam op de locatie Kroonheim. Je kunt cliënten met een intensieve zorgvraag begeleiden en bent gewend om met weerstand om te gaan. Daarnaast ben je vertrouwd met leidinggevende taken en bereid jezelf verder te ontwikkelen en samen met de driehoek te bouwen aan een stabiel team voor een intensieve doelgroep.
