En wil je verantwoordelijkheid voor 40 tot 50 Operators binnen een moderne verpakkingsomgeving? Bij Bouter Group in Culemborg stuur je jouw eigen ploeg aan in een 3-ploegendienst. Met acht productielijnen en volop ruimte voor verbetering krijg je hier zichtbaar invloed op mensen, kwaliteit en resultaat. Wat ga je doen? Aan het begin van jouw dienst neem je samen met de andere ploeg de productie over. Daarna ligt de verantwoordelijkheid bij jou. Samen met twee Voormannen/Voorvrouwen stuur je 40 tot 50 Operators aan en zorg je dat de acht productielijnen veilig en efficiënt draaien. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit: • Aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van jouw ploeg; • Bewaken van veiligheid, kwaliteit en resultaten; • Stellen van prioriteiten tijdens jouw dienst; • Initiëren en uitvoeren van procesverbeteringen; • Samenwerken met Kwaliteit, Techniek en Inkoop; • Opstellen van individuele opleidingsplannen. Je werkt in een 3-ploegendienst en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Productiemanager. Waar ga je werken? Bij Bouter Group in Culemborg draait alles om kaas. Op deze locatie rijpen, versnijden en verpakken we kazen voor onder andere Albert Heijn en andere partners. Een groot deel van het kaasschap bij Albert Heijn komt bij ons vandaan. Bouter Group is onderdeel van Royal A-ware, een internationaal familiebedrijf met ruim 130 jaar geschiedenis en zo'n 5.300 collega's. We houden van aanpakken, korte lijnen en snel beslissen.
