Functie inhoud Als Teamleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor meerdere planners, werkvoorbereiders en uitvoerders. Jouw team is verantwoordelijk voor projecten van start tot finish voor dagelijks en mutatie onderhoud projecten. Zij sturen vaklieden en ketenpartners aan. Je zorgt voor opnames, offertes, planning, werkomschrijvingen, veiligheid op de werkvloer, materialen en financiën. Het onderhouden van goede relaties met opdrachtgevers(Woco's) is essentieel, terwijl je ook kansen signaleert en benut. Verbeterpunten registreer je en je dient voorstellen in voor optimalisatie. En als je wil krijg je de vrijheid om deze voorstellen zelf te implementeren. Bovendien houd je toezicht op het juiste gebruik van PBM's en gereedschap op de bouwplaats. Functie eisen - Afgeronde MBO/HBO opleiding gerelateerd aan de bouw - Ervaring en expertise om objectief de kwaliteit van werk te beoordelen - Interesse in reparatie- en mutatieonderhoud en bekwaamheid in plannen en organiseren - Ervaring met opdrachtgevers als woningcorporaties - Bereidheid om kennis actueel te houden door het bijwonen van (interne) trainingen - Toewijding aan onze kernwaarden: duurzaamheid, klantgerichtheid, gedrevenheid en samenwerking Geboden wordt - Verdiensten tussen €4.000 en €6.000 per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring en kwalificaties - Ruime mogelijkheden voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling, inclusief trainingsprogramma's en cursussen - Een 40-urige werkweek, verdeeld over vijf dagen - 43 vakantiedagen op basis van een fulltime dienstverband, inclusief feestdagen - Inclusief telefoo...
