V-20071298 - Maastricht - Bouwkunde & Civiele Techniek - HBO - Detachering via YER De positie Als Teamleider Dagelijks & Mutatieonderhoud ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en ontwikkeling van een onderhoudsteam. Je geeft leiding aan circa vier werkvoorbereiders en zes tot acht vakmensen en zorgt ervoor dat reparatie-, dagelijks en mutatieonderhoud soepel verloopt. Je begrijpt dat onderhoud voor woningcorporaties om meer draait dan alleen techniek en planning. Je werkt met opdrachtgevers die woningen beschikbaar, veilig en bewoonbaar willen houden voor hun huurders. Daarbij heb je oog voor de sociale context, de bewoners en de belangen van de woningcorporatie. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Aansturen, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van medewerkers. - Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit, voortgang en financiële resultaten. - Onderhouden en uitbreiden van relaties met woningcorporaties. - Signaleren van commerciële kansen en bijdragen aan het binnenhalen van opdrachten. - Aansturen van onderaannemers en bewaken van de personeelsbezetting. - Verbeteren van werkprocessen en toezien op veiligheid en kwaliteit. Over het bedrijf Bij deze aannemer werk je samen met woningcorporaties wordt gewerkt aan kwalitatief goede, veilige en betaalbare woningen. Daarbij staan langdurige samenwerkingen, lokale betrokkenheid en korte communicatielijnen centraal. Je krijgt de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, initiatief te nemen en samen met je team de dienstverlening verder te ontwikkelen.
