Ben jij een natuurlijke leider die weet hoe je een team motiveert en ervoor zorgt dat logistieke processen soepel verlopen? Voor onze opdrachtgever in Eemshaven zijn wij op zoek naar een High Tech Teamleider. In deze functie geef je leiding aan een team binnen een dynamische, internationale hightechomgeving waarin veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie centraal staan.

Wat ga je doen? Als High Tech Teamleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van je team en de prestaties binnen de logistieke operatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren, processen volgens planning verlopen en de geldende veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen worden nageleefd.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van je team binnen een hightech logistieke omgeving; - Coördineren en bewaken van de dagelijkse logistieke processen volgens strikte veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en datacenterprocedures; - Monitoren van KPI’s zoals productiviteit, kwaliteit, SLA’s en 5S; - Signaleren van knelpunten en waar nodig direct actie ondernemen; - Initiëren en begeleiden van procesverbeteringen in samenwerking met de supervisor en andere afdelingen; - Creëren van een veilige, gestructureerde en positieve werkomgeving voor je team.

Wij zoeken iemand die zich prettig voelt bij het nemen van verantwoordelijkheid en het aansturen van mensen in een dynamische omgeving.

Jij brengt het volgende mee:

- Aantoonbare ervaring als Teamleider, Supervisor of Coördinator binnen de logistiek of productie; - Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en natuurlijk leiderschap; - Het vermogen om medewerkers te coachen, motiveren en ontwikkelen; - Affiniteit met hightech, hardware en het werken volgens vaste procedures en richtlijnen; - Een proactieve instelling en het zelfvertrouwen om verbeteringen te signaleren en door te voeren; - Een goede beheersing van de Engelse taal; - Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal is een pré.
